In addition to practicing law, Mark has more than ten years experience as a professional photographer. Due to mobility issues, he is no longer photographing, but he offers legal services to the photographic industry. Whether your business includes portrait, commercial, wedding, bar mitzvah, event, and/or boudoir photography, you may benefit from legal consultation, advice or service. Areas of practice include business consultation and advice, agreements for photographic services, contracts, model releases, and copyrights.
Office hours are 10-6, Monday-Friday, by appointment.
